Web Browser Password Management With LastPass

Various web browsers have differing levels of support for remembering web site user names and passwords. Some have the option to synchronize user name and password information across multiple devices, but typically only for the same browser and sometimes with limited device support (e.g. phone-based browsers may not be supported).

If the browser(s) you are using are not providing the password management and synchronization features you need, you might want to try LastPass. It has a high level of compatibility across different browsers and devices.

LastPass also goes beyond most browsers in its ability to automatically populate form information (e.g., names, addresses, account numbers, etc.), and supports multi-factor authentication for extra security as well.
